ROCHESTER, NY – On the brink of a career-defining year, Rochester’sPOLAR BEAR CLUB will release their highly anticipated third full-lengthClash Battle Guilt Pride on September 13th on stalwart punk and hardcore label Bridge Nine Records. In support of the band’s new record, Polar Bear Club announces a seven-week US headlining tour presented by Arkaik Clothing, which kicks off on September 1st in Rhode Island and wraps in Buffalo, NY on October 15th, hitting both coasts on the run. Brought to you byAMP Magazine, up and comers Fireworks and Balance And Composurewill support on all dates, with Make Do And Mend and Such Gold opening on select dates (see below). Embarking on the band’s first headlining tour in over a year, Polar Bear Club vocalist Jimmy Stadtenthusiastically remarks,“We are so excited about this tour. We haven’t really played to our people in a long time and we haven’t had a chance to show the new fans of Polar Bear Club what that means yet.” Having toured the world relentlessly over the past two years since releasing their breakthrough record Chasing Hamburg (2009, Bridge Nine), the band’s most recent US tour included supporting Bayside and Silverstein on the Take Action Tour. Polar Bear Club has shared the stage with Thrice, Face To Face, The Gaslight Anthem, August Burns Red, Bring Me The Horizon, and many more, as well as stints on the Vans Warped Tour and Alternative Press’ AP Tour.
